MIGAS: Announcement direct proposal tender year 2008

ANNOUNCEMENT
DIRECT PROPOSAL TENDER YEAR 2008

Directorate General of Oil and Gas (MIGAS) releases 25 acreages for tender in the 1st Petroleum Bidding Round Year 2008, and hereby invites interested companies with sufficient financial and technical capabilities to participate in the tender for the following blocks:

3.South West Bukit Barisan, Onshore West and Central Sumatra
4.Lirik II, Onshore Central Sumatra

8.East Muriah, Offshore East Java
9.Madura, Offshore East Java
10.North Bali II, Offhosre East Java
11.North Sumbawa II, Offshore West Nusa Tenggara
12.West Sageri, Makassar Straits
13.South East Ganal I, Makassar Straits
14. South East Sangatta, Onshore, Offshore East Kalimantan
15.South Bengara II, Onshore, Offshore East Kalimantan
16.North Bone, Onnshore, Offshore South Sulawesi
17.South Matindok, Onshore, Offshore Central Sulawesi

This tender is conducted based on the joint study had been done by several companies. Any other interested companies are invited to access Direct Proposal Document issued by MIGAS and must follow the procedures, terms and conditions stated in the Direct Proposal Document.

Direct Proposal Document should be accessed not more than 12 August 2008. Interested companies that consider themselves to be qualified and capable as required in this Tender should submit their Participating Document on 13 August 2008 between: 09:00-14:30 hours to this following address:
