MIND ID repurchases nearly $70m of 2048 and 2050 senior notes

State mining holding company PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero), or MIND ID, has repurchased approximately US$69.65 million of its outstanding 2048 and 2050 senior notes through open market transactions.
According to notices dated July 30, the company repurchased approximately US$19.92 million of its 6.757% senior notes due 2048, equivalent to about 2.66% of the bond's initial principal amount.
Following cancellation of the repurchased notes, the aggregate principal amount of the 2048 notes outstanding will be approximately US$291.86 million, representing about 38.91% of the original principal amount issued.
MIND ID also repurchased approximately US$49.73 million of its 5.800% senior notes due 2050, representing about 9.95% of the bond's initial principal amount.
After cancellation of the repurchased 2050 notes, the aggregate principal amount outstanding will be approximately US$400.40 million, equivalent to about 80.08% of the original principal amount.
The company said both transactions were conducted in the open market but did not disclose the purchase prices or provide further details on the repurchases.
The 2048 notes were issued under Regulation S with CUSIP Y7140W AD0 and ISIN USY7140WAD03, while the 2050 notes were issued under Regulation S with CUSIP Y7140W AG3 and ISIN USY7140WAG34.
