Minister confirms he has signed gas network master plan

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik confirmed Wednesday that he has signed the 2012 National Gas Transmission and Distribution Network Master Plan.
?I have signed it, so that all can start work and create new jobs,? Jero told Petromindo.com, without providing further details.
The government plans to develop a total of 15,166.16 Km of gas transmission network and 5,466.3 Km distribution network across the country until 2025.
According to earlier report from the directorate general of oil and gas at the ministry, only about 4,556 km of transmission network has been developed, while distribution network development has reached 3,944.56 Km.
