Minister Jero awards authority on reclamation, mine closure to DGMC

Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Jero Wacik issued a decree awarding authority to Director General of Mineral and Coal (DGMC) to give approval on reclamation and mine closure plans and giving approval also for disbursement of reclamation and mine closure guarantee fund.
According to a copy of the ministerial decree No. 1820 K/30/MEM/2013 the Director General of Mineral and Coal should submit regular report per every six month regarding the implementation of given authority.
