Minister reshuffles Pertamina board of directors

State Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Rini M. Soemarno reshuffled on Tuesday the board of directors of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, and created new senior posts.

Pertamina said in a statement that Ardhy M. Mokobombang has been appointed as the new Director of Petrochemical and Processing Megaproject, replacing Rachmad Hardadi, who was dismissed from the post. Pertamina is currently in the process of developing new oil refineries and upgrading existing ones worth billions of dollars of investment.

The statement said that Gigih Prakoso was appointed as Director of Risk Management and Investment Planning.

Meanwhile, Dwi Wahyu Daryoto was reassigned into a new post as Director of Asset Management from his previous post as Director of Human Resources, Information Technology and General Affairs. He was also temporarily assigned as Director of Human Resources, pending the appointment of definitive official.

Arief Budiman who was previously Director of Finance and Corporate Strategy was reassigned as Director of Finance.

4. Gas Director: Yenni Andayani;
5. Marketing Director : Muchamad Iskandar;
6. Asset Management Director : Dwi Wahyu Daryoto;
7. Processing Director : Toharso;
8. Risk Management and Investment Planning Director : Gigih Prakoso;
9. Petrochemical and Processing Megaproject Director : Ardhy N Mokobombang.
10. Human Resources Director : Dwi Wahyu Daryoto.
