Minister reshuffles PLN board of directors

State Minister of State Owned Enterprises Rini Soemarno reshuffled on Monday the board of directors of state-owned electricity firm PT PLN, but maintained current President Director Sofyan Basir.

According to a ministerial decree, a copy of which was obtained by Petromindo.com, three PLN directors including Murtaqi Syamsudin, Nasri Sebayang, and Amin Subekti were dismissed.

The minister appoints Syofi Felienty Roekman as the new Director of Corporate Planning, Syamsul Huda as Director of Business for Sulawesi Region, Ahmad Rofiq as Director of Business for Maluku and Papua Region, and Wiluyo Kusdwiharto as Director of Business for Sumatra Region.

Some senior officials have also been reassigned to new posts including Nicke Widyawati as Director of Strategic Procurement I, Supangkat Iwan Santoso as Director of Strategic Procurement 2, Muhamad Ali as Director of Human Capital Management, Amir Rosidin as Director of Business for Eastern Part of Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara Region, Machnizon as Director of Business for Kalimantan Region, and Haryanto W.S. as Director of Business for Western Part of Java Region.
