Minister to inaugurate Cepu?s production increase

Minsiter of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik will inaugurate the production increase of the Banyu Urip field in Cepu block in Central and East Java in early September.

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources said in a statement on Tuesday that Banyu Urip which now produces 30,000 bpd of oil will get additional 10,000 bpd of production starting the end of August or early September thanks to the completion of the expansion of the so-called Early Production Facilities

The field will come to full production at the rate of 165,000 bpd next year
