Mirach in final preparation for Kampung Minyak drilling

Singapore-listed Mirach Energy Limited announced today that contractor PT Daqing Jaya Petroleum Engineering has mobilized two sets of drilling cum work-over rigs to the Kampung Minyak oil field site onshore South Sumatra in preparation for drilling.
Derricks have also been assembled at two well sites KM-600 and KM-606 in the drilling preparation, it said in an operation update report.
The first phase of work to be completed comprises the drilling of three new production wells and major work-over for two existing wells.
Drilling will commence in early October upon spud-in inspection, added the report.
