Mirach secures buyer for its Samarinda coal

Singapore Exchange-listed firm Mirach Energy Limited reported Wednesday that it has secured 1-year coal supply contract from undisclosed buyer for its coal mine in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
Mirach the contract called for supply of minimum delivery volume of 192,000 metric tonnes of coal. To date, 5,600 metric tonnes of coal has been delivered in the first week of November, the company said.
?In the meantime, negotiations are also ongoing for other coal delivery contracts,? it added.
Mirach and its Indonesian partners last month secured secured the rights to produce and sell coal in an open-pit producing coal mine in Samarinda on approximately 100 hectares of land. (alex)
