Mitra International reflagging its San Jasinto vessel

IDX-listed PT Mitra International Resources Tbk said it has reflagged its Panama-flagged vessel San Jasinto to Indonesian flag on December 1 as a move to comply with the government cabotage ruling, which mandates domestic goods transportation to be carried out by Indonesian-flagged vessels.

The vessel was sold by Sabre Offshore Marine to PT Putri Kencana Raya for US$10 million.

Both Sabre and Putri Kencana are 99.91 percent owned by PT Pulau Kencana Raya. In return, Pulau Kencana is 99.91 percent owned by PT Mitra International. (romel)
