Mitra Investindo delays coal mine acquisition

JSX-listed firm PT.Mitra Investindo reported on Wednesday that it had decided to delay acquisition of a coal mining firm that is operating in Tabalong regency in South Kalimantan.

The company said in a report filed with the JSX that the delay was made at the request of the target company due to lawsuit faced by Mitra?s ultimate shareholders.

The company did not give further detail. (alex)
