Mitra Rajasa adds another FPSO to its fleet

IDX-listed rig and offshore vessel firm through its Singapore-based subsidiary Sabre Offshore Marine has purchased its third floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, to be named Putri for US$25 million.
The FPSO, with 100x21 meter dimension, will have capacity to handle 10,000 BOPD and 10MMCFD of gas with storage capacity of 53,000 barrels of oil.
The FPSO is currently docked in Johor, Malaysia and would be brought to Indonesia to undergo refurbishment. The vessel is expected to become operational in March 2009.(denny)
