Mitrabara sets up new power subsidiary

IDX-listed coal miner PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk said that it had on November 3 set up a new subsidiary called PT Mitra Malinau Energi, which is engaged in power plant industry.
The company said in a statement on Wednesday that it controls 99.99 percent stake in Mitra Malinau, and the remainder is held by PT Wahana Sentosa Cemerlang, an affiliate of Mitrabara.
No further details were provided.
