Mitrabara signs agreement with BMI to develop bridges

IDX-listed coal miner PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk and its subsidiary PT Baradinamika Mudasukses (BDMS) had on July 30 signed an agreement with PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) for the latter to develop bridges to support the two firms? coal mining operations in Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan.

Mitrabara said in a statement Tuesday that BMI will build one bridge for the company, and three bridges for BDMS.

Mitrabara has allocated US$27.45 million for capital expenditure this year, of which $14.6 million is dedicated for infrastructure development.

The company, part of Baramulti Group, and its subsidiary PT Baradimika Mudasukses has accumulative 43.1 million tons of coal reserves.
