Mitrabara signs coal sales deal with Brooklyn

IDX-listed coal miner PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk said Monday it had on September 10 signed a coal supply agreement with affiliate firm Brooklyn Enterprise Pte Ltd for the supply of about 50,000 tons of coal.
According to the agreement, delivery of the coal would take place between September 11 and September 20. Mitrabara, however, did not disclose the value of the deal.
Mitrabara operates coal concessions in Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan. The firm aims to boost production to 4 million tons this year from 2.5 million tons last year. The company, part of Baramulti Group, and its subsidiary PT Baradimika Mudasukses has accumulative 43.1 million tons of coal reserves.
