Mitrabara signs fuel purchase agreement with Pertamina

IDX-listed coal miner PT Mibrabara Adiperdana Tbk announced Thursday it has on October 7 signed a diesel fuel purchase agreement with state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina.
The company said in a statement that the transaction value will later be determined depending on the volume of the fuel purchased by the coal miner.
Purchase price will depend on the Pertamina publish rates upon arrival at the designated delivery point plus transportation cost.
Mitrabara operates coal mines in Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan. Production is estimated to reach 2.5 million tons this year. The company is currently expanding the capacity of its port facility to accommodate the planned doubling of coal production to 5 million tons per year.
