Coal Producer, PT Manambang Muara Enim (MME) is focusing to sell its coal from Tanjung Enim concession, South Sumatra on domestic market.

Edi Wibowo, Director of MME told Petromindo.com that the company has no longer exported coal due to the bearish condition.

"Currently, domestic market is much better," Edi said, adding that the coal is mostly sold to the state electricity firm PT PLN.

MME previously exported coal to Thailand.

In 2013, the company expects to produce about 1.5 million tons, compared to 2012's production of about 1 million tons.

"But with this condition, I think we will not reach our target," he said.

The company is producing low rank coal with GAR 4800 kcal/kg.
