MME?s coal output this year surpassing target

Coal mining company PT Manambang Muara Enim (MME) said the coal production from its concession in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra this year is estimated to be slightly above the target of 1 million tons.

?We targeted about 1 million tons of production this year. It seems that until the end of the year, our output will be more than one million tons,? Edi said adding that most of the coal is absorbed by domestic buyers especially public utility PT Perusahaan Lisrik Negara (PLN),? MME Operational Director Edi Wibowo told Petromindo.com on Tuesday
