MME said its Prabumulih concession has 40 million ton resources

Coal mining company, PT Manambang Muara Enim (MME) stated that exploration results indicate its coal concession in Prabumulih, South Sumatra has a resource of 40 million tons.

Edi Wibowo, Director of MME told Petromindo.com on Monday that the company is continuing detailed drilling to get the amount of reserve

"If the concession has at least 20 million tons of reserve, it will be a good enough for us," he said adding that once the exploration is done, the firm will continue to feasibility study this year.

Edi said the concession in Prabumulih covers a total area of about 5,000 hectares with the coal CV of about 4,500 GAR.
