Mob sets fire to gold mine camp in NTB

A mob of more than 500 people damaged and set fire to PT Valley Eksplorasi Indonesia's gold mining camp in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara on Sunday, local media reported.

Some members of the mob were residents of Parado village and had walked 50 kilometers to the camp, metrotvnews.com reported.

Mine employees fled the mob and no casualties were reported.(*)
