Mobil Oil hit by another grenade attack

Three buildings located inside the compound of oil and gas firm PT Mobil Oil in Lhoksukon, North Aceh, was hit by another grenade attack on Tuesday night after the area was attacked earlier in the morning, Media Indonesia daily reported.
The fresh attack has raised question on the ability of some 150 military personnel and some 267 company security guards securing the vital facility.
Head of the North Aceh police Lt. Col. Syafei Aksal declined to comment on this.
But Syafei confirmed the renewed attack, saying that attack was made between ten to eleven thirty in the evening by some 20 men riding motorbikes.
"We're still investigating the identity of the attackers," he said.
Although the attack has not caused victims nor serious damage, but witnesses the sound of the explosion was very loud.
Meanwhile, a source said that Mobil Oil had decided to withdraw all of its people from field operation, the company would still continue production activity. (*)
