MoF amends regulation on govt oil, gas bank account

The Minister of Finance (MoF) has issued new Regulation No 138/PMK.02/2013 on the amendment of Minister of Finance Regulation No 113/PMK.02/2009 on the government oil and gas bank account.

The US dollar account at Bank Indonesia accommodates all government revenues from upstream oil and gas sector, and source for payment of all spending related to the upstream oil and gas activities including land and building tax, VAT reimbursement, regional tax, domestic market obligation fee, underlifting of SKK Migas, operational expenses, and other obligations, according to the copy of the regulation obtained Friday.
