MoF sets 2014 oil, gas revenue sharing funds

Minister of Finance Chatib Basri has allocated Rp 37.62 trillion of so-called revenue sharing funds from oil and gas production to be distributed to producing regions this year.
The revenue sharing estimate from oil and gas for this year is stipulated under new Minister of Finance Regulation No 82/PMK/07/2014, which was signed on May 12, the copy of which was obtained on Tuesday.
The 2014 revenue sharing funds allocation, calculated based on the assumptions made in the 2014 State Budget, is higher than the Rp 32.1 trillion allocated last year.
