MoF sets revenue sharing funds estimate from general mining

Minister of Finance Chatib Basri has estimated that the so-called revenue sharing funds from general mining activities to be distributed to producing regions this year at Rp 18.90 trillion.
About Rp 18 trillion of the estimated revenue is expected to come from mining royalty, while the remainder from land rent, based on the assumptions made in the 2014 State Budget.
The revenue sharing funds estimate is stipulated under Minister of Finance Regulation No 84/PMK.07/2014, signed on May 12, the copy of which was obtained on Tuesday.
