Moody's withdraws EMP's B2 rating for lack of sufficient information

(Singapore, June 08, 2017) -- Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn the B2 corporate family rating of Energi Mega Persada Tbk (P.T.) (EMP) due to insufficient information.

Moody's has withdrawn the rating because it believes it has insufficient or otherwise inadequate information to support the maintenance of the rating. Please refer to the Moody's Investors Service's Policy for Withdrawal of Credit Ratings, available on its website, www.moodys.com.

EMP is an independent oil & gas exploration and production company in Indonesia. As of 30 September 2016, EMP had estimated proved reserves of 87 million barrels of oil equivalent. (ends)
