More future gas supply for Tambak Lorok

PT Indonesia Power expects to secure 50 mmscfd of gas supply in July next year from Gundih field at the Cepu block belonging to PT Pertamina EP (PEP) and Mobil Cepu Ltd.
?We have been promised that by July, gas will start flowing in from Gundih. We have seen PEP Cepu?s readiness (to deliver the promise), Indonesia Power President Director Djoko Hastowo told petromindo.com.
Djoko added that the gas would be supplied to gas-fired power plant (PLTG) Tambak Lorok in Central Java, which has also received gas supply commitment from the Kepodang field. Earlier on Monday, PT Petronas Cari gali Muriah Ltd, PT Bakrie and Brother, and state utility firm PT PLN signed a gas transportation agreement (GTA) to transport gas from Kepodang field to Tambak Lorok .
The agreement was signed by PT Bakrie and Brother Tbk President Director Bobby Gafur, PT Indonesia Power President Director Djoko Hastowo who represented PLN, Petronas Cari Gali Muriah Ltd Senior Manager Noorafizal bin Mat Saad. The deal will allow the development of the Kalimantan-Java pipeline.
