Moya Asia completes stake disposal in ATPK Resources

Singapore-exchange listed firm Moya Asia Limited has completed the disposal of its interest in Indonesia-listed coal mining and contractor firm PT ATPK Resources Tbk and is entering into an assignment agreement with ATPK.
?The company is pleased to announce that the disposal and the assignment have been completed, and full payment in respect thereof was received on 4 November 2011. As such, ATPK has ceased to be an investment of the company,? the company said in a statement.
In September, Moya Asia Limited announced that it entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Trillion Markets Limited for a cash consideration of S$1.64 million in relation to the disposal of its interest of 73,872,000 shares which represent the company?s full interest in ATPK or about 8.89% of the paid-up share capital.
