MPI to complete mini hydro power plant end of this year

PT Medco Power Indonesia (MPI) through its subsidiary PT Medco Hidro Indonesia (MHI) is targeting to complete the Pusaka Parahiyangan mini hydro power plant project in Cianjur, West Java Province, by the end of this year.
Viva Bharata Viyata, Director at PT MHI told Petromindo.com that currently the power plant project with a total capacity of around 12 MW is still under development process.
"Our target is at the end of this year the project will be on stream," he said.
The company has signed a 15-year purchase agreement for the project with state-owned electricity firm PT PLN.
