Muara Badak businessmen calls Vico to increase partnership with local firms

The association of the Muara Badak businessmen (APMKB) called on oil and gas firm PT Vico Indonesia which is operating in the Muara Badak area in East Kalimantan to increase partnership with local businesses, the Suara Kaltim daily reported.

The paper quoted APMKB executive secretary Faisal Muhammad as saying the association was planning to talk with the oil and gas firm.

Faisal said that by creating more links with the local companies, the local people would also feel owning Vico assets and protect them from any possible threat including social unrest. (*)
