Muara Karang - Muara Tawar gas pipeline completed

Gas distribution company PT Pertagas, a subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, has recently completed construction of the Muara Karang-Muara Tawar gas pipeline project.
?Construction of the Muara Karang-Muara Tawar gas pipeline has been completed. Today we have filled it with nitrogen,? said SVP Gas and Power at Pertamina, Djohardi Angga Kusumah, on Tuesday.
The 30-km Muara Karang-Muara Tawar pipeline, which has a capacity of 270 mmscfd, will transmit gas from the West Java floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) to the PLTG Muara Tawar combined-cycle power plant of state-owned power firm PT PLN.
