Multi Jaya Energi to make second coal shipment to India

PT Multi Jaya Energi (MJE), a subsidiary of Barito Group, will conduct a second coal shipment to India at the end of this year with a volume of 50,000 tons.
?This is the second shipment from the same buyer in India. The first shipment was made in mid of September,? a source said.
The coal has CV of 5,100 (GAR) with total suphur of 2.5 percent. According to the source, with such specs, MJE sells the coal at a low price of $50 per ton.
The source declined to disclose names of the Indian buyers.
MJE mine is located in Bulungan regency, East Kalimantan with a total concession area of 9,085 ha. The pit is located about 7.5 kilometers to jetty port on Ancam River having 270ft-barge capacity.
