Nathan Taylor joins WMN board

ASX-listed Western Mining Network Limited (WMN) announced Wednesday that Nathan Taylor has joined the board of WMN as Non-Executive Chairman.

?Mr Taylor brings to the board mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience having worked on numerous domestic and cross border transactions throughout his career,? WMN said I a statement.

Taylor started his career as a corporate lawyer for Blake Dawson before working for UBS AG and Macquarie Bank Limited in their equity capital markets division. Most recently, Taylor was Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at BBY Limited.

In addition, outgoing Executive Chairman Budi Santoso has agreed to terminate his Executive Services Agreement without notice and will remain on the Board as a Non- Executive Director, WMN said.

The company has two on-going projects in Indonesia?s Central and Southeast Sulawesi for graphite and gold.
