New decree on mineral, coal producing regions issued

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik has issued Decree No 3954k/80/MEM/2013 on mineral and coal producing regions and the basis for calculating revenue allocation for the regions from the mining commodities in 2014.

According to the copies of the decrees obtained on Tuesday, 3 provinces, 262 regencies, and 17 mayoralties are considered as producing regions and thus are entitled to revenue from the mineral and coal resources.
