Next year, Sele Raya to drill 2 exploration, 1 delineation wells

Oil and gas firm PT Sele Raya Energi is planning to drill three wells in its two blocks next year, according to a top official of the company.
President Director Juchiro Tampi told Petromindo.com that his firm will drill two exploration wells in the Merangin II block, South Sumatra, and a delineation well in Blora block in Pati, Central Java.
Juchiro said earlier that Sele Raya will drill the delineation well, named Rembang-3A in the first quarter of next year.
The Merangin II block was awarded to Sele Raya in October 2003. The company operates the block with a 44.6 percent interest, while the remaining is held by Merangin B.V. (35.4 percent) and Sinochem Merangin Ltd. (20 percent). The Blora block was awarded to Sele Raya in 2009 and the firm holds a 100 percent interest in the block.
