Nickel, copper exports up in April, tin down

The export value of nickel in April rose by 24.69 percent to US$86,963,551 on monthly basis, and the export volume of the commodity was up by 34.82 percent to 8,270,823 kg in the month, data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) showed on Monday.

Copper export value increased by 25.85 percent to $157,452,978 in April and the export volume was up by 43.87 percent to 23,130,995 kg.

Meanwhile, export value of tin in April decreased by 14.64 percent to $181,706,936 on monthly basis with volume was down by 9.00 percent to 8,574,447 kg compared to that of in March.
