Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry and upstream authority BPMIGAS have yet to give a go-ahead on BP Indonesia?s plan to construct train 3 in the Tangguh LNG plant.

?Not yet,? said Ministry?s Director General of Oil and Gas Evita H. Legowo when asked whether the Ministry has given a green light.

Echoing Evita is Rudi Rubiandini, Deputy of Operation at BPMIGAS.

?BPMIGAS has not yet received instruction from the Ministry for the development of train 3 because the government and BP are still in discussion about several options with regard to the train 3 development,? Rudi told petromindo.

The two executives' comments were made amidst references made by BP Indonesia in various advertisements in national media citing the development of train 3 in Tangguh LNG plant.
