Noble sells coal logistics unit for $1

Singapore-listed global commodity trader Noble Group Limited reported on Thursday it has disposed of its 45% beneficial interest in PT Borneo Sejahtera Mulya (BSM) for US$1.

BSM is primarily engaged in the business of providing coal logistics services in Indonesia.

Following the disposal, BSM ceased to be a joint venture of the Group
