Non-submission response from consortia for Pontianak power plant project

Two qualified consortia submitted letters to state-owned electricity firm PT PLN confirming their ?non-submission? in response to request for proposal (RFP) first issued by the state utility in February 2016 for the 100 MW Pontianak peaker gas-fired power plant project.
According to July 26 minutes of meeting for the opening of the proposal, there were three qualified consortia for the project. They include consortium of (i) PT Energi Dian Kemala (EDK) and (ii) TSK Electronica Y Electricidad, S.A (TSK); consortium of (i) International Power Ltd. (INTP) and (ii) PT Pertamina Gas (PERTAGAS); and consortium of (i) PT Enviromate Technology International (ETI), (ii) PT Sumberdaya Sewatama (SS), (iii) PT Gagas Energi Indonesia (GAGAS) and (iv) PT Toba Bara Sejahtra Tbk (TBS).
But only the last two consortia made response, confirming their non-submission to the RFP, according to the minutes of meeting, a copy of which was obtained by this portal Friday.
