None of PSC foreign staff killed in the Bali explosion

State owned oil and gas company Pertamina said on Monday the company had carried out coordination works with its production sharing contractors (PSCs) to find out if the victims of the massive explosion which hit tourist destination island of Bali on Saturday also included some of their foreign staff.

"So far, there has no victims from PSCs including Santos, one of oil concession areas owned by an Australian company were found," BP-Migas Senior Official Sidick Nitikusumah told Petromindo.com.

As reported earlier, at least 182 people mostly foreign tourists particularly from Australia were killed during the massive explosion which hit several entertainment centers in Legian and Denpasar on Saturday night. Hundred others were also injured during the bloody incident.

British and American governments have warned oil and gas companies from the two countries to be on alert against similar attacks against their gas and oil facilities, Sidick said. (*)
