Nordic, Bahari secure two 2D seismic acquisitions projects

PT Bahari Lines, in partnership with Nordic Geo Services Ltd of Singapore has won two 2D marine seismic data acquisition & processing service projects from Total E&P Indonesie (TEPI) of 3000 LKM and to government agency Pusat Survei Geologi (PSG) of 1600 LKM for the vessel Nordic Bahari with support from their newly-built Nordic Barakuda and Nordic Emma.

TEPI awarded the contract for its working area in Mentawai in West Sumatra, while PSG awarded the contract for a working area in West Papua.

?The first project was scheduled to start by the end this month (August 2015) in West Papua, Indonesia, back to back with West Sumatra right after,? Nordic said in a statement on Wednesday.
