ASX-listed NuEnergy Gas Limited (NGY) announced Thursday that Graeme Robertson has resigned from the Board of Directors of the company due to increasing work commitments.

?The Board thanks Mr Robertson for his invaluable contribution to NGY?s development of Coal Bed Methane assets in South Sumatra in his previous role as Chairman and more recently, Non-Executive Director,? the company said in a statement.
