Nyoman Wiratmadja named acting oil and gas director general

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Sudirman Said has appointed I Gusti Nyoman Wiraatmadja as acting Director General of Oil and Gas replacing Naryanto Wagimin.
He is holding the position, aside from his definitive position as Expert Staff for Organizational Affairs and Strategic Planning, from Jan. 13, 2015 until a definitive director general of oil and gas has been chosen, the ministry said in a statement.
Nyoman was appointed Expert Staff for Organizational Affairs and Strategic Planning by then Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik on Jan. 13, 2013. Prevously, he was a professor at the prestigious Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He finished his graduate study at the university in 1987. He got a doctoral decree in Kentucky University in the U.S.
