Ogan Komering CBM PSC has met commitment: SKK Migas

ASX-listed firm Santos Ltd and PT Ogan Interior Gas have their fixed commitment for the Ogan Komering CBM PSC in Ogan Komering, South Sumatra, according to upstream authority SKK Migas.

Both firms which jointly owns the block has carried out 2D seismic survey on 150 km length, the drilling of six corehole wells, seven exploratory wells, four dewaterings and three production tests, Brahmantyo K. Gunawan, Non-Conventional Hydrocarbon Section Head at upstream authority SKK Migas said on Monday.

The Ogan Komering CBM PSC covers an area of 1,720 sq km in South Sumatra province and is situated in close proximity to gas transmission lines which provide access to markets in the West Java.

Santos Limited is the operator of the Ogan Komering CBM PSC, holding a 60 percent interest and PT. Ogan Interior Gas 40 percent interest.
