Indonesia?s oil and gas exports in October dropped by 6.79 percent to US$893.5 million from September?s $958.6 million, Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) announced on Friday.

BPS said the drop was due to the fall in crude exports by 11.2 percent to $382.2 million from $958.6 million, and a decrease in the exports of oil derivatives by 4.70 percent to $89 million.

The decrease in the oil and gas export revenues had also been caused by the 2.87 percent fall in gas exports, to $422.3 million in October, the bureau added.

The price of Indonesian crude on the world market in October dropped to $19.59 per barrel, from $24.55 per barrel in September, BPS said. (Leo)
