One killed at PTBA mine accident

A worker of IDX-listed coal giant PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) by the name of Alimin (one name), who worked as a bucket wheel excavator guide, was killed Sunday following a coal landslide at the Muara iga Besar Utama mine in Mura Enim Regency, South Sumatra, Tribunnews.com reported Monday.
Alimin was carrying out his work when massive coal material slid, and buried him, the report said.
PTBA Corporate Secretary Joko Pramono confirmed the mining accident. (*)
