One killed in accident involving truck carrying Adaro?s coal

A truck driver was killed when his truck had an accident while carrying coal from PT Adaro Energy?s mine in South Kalimantan to the port, according to a source.

?The truck fell,? the source said without providing further details about the accident. He noted however a mine inspector is investigating the case.

When Petromindo tried to contact several Adaro officials for confirmation via cellphones, none of them were available.

Adaro?s operation remains normal despite the accident, according to the source.
