Oorja to boost trading activity from S. Kalimantan anchorages

Indian coal trading and mining firm PT Oorja Indonesia aims to boost trading activity in 2013 from South Kalimantan area, an industry source told Petromindo.Com on Wednesday.

Oorja plans to ship out around 6-8 vessels every month this year from 4 vessels last year from offshore South Kalimantan anchorages, the source said.

The sources for the coal, with CV of 5200-6500 kcal/kg (ADB), include several coal mines in Asam-asam, Satui and Sungai Danau in South Kalimantan and Muara Teweh in Central Kalimantan, the source added.
