Orpheus appoints new non-executive director

ASX-listed Orpheus Energy Limited has appointed Mike Rhodes, a drilling engineer by background as a non-executive director effectively from Oct.1, 2012.

Rhodes who holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering, from the University of South Louisiana, USA previously worked for companies around the world, including Poole Intairdrill, Poole Company Houston and Antah Holdings, and others in the Middle East and South East Asia.

He has lived and worked in Indonesia for over twenty years, and has an extensive network of political, industrial and trade contacts.

Rhodes is also a principal and Director of PT Mega Coal International, Orpheus? Indonesian Joint Venture partner.
