Orpheus Energy to ramp up production on Kintap ADK project

Australia-listed coal mining company Orpheus Energy (OEG) targets to ramp up production at Kintap ADK project, in South Kalimantan to 50,000 tons per month.
Wayne Mitchell, Executive Chairman and Managing Director Orpheus Energy said on Mines and Money Australia 2012 Conference at Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre that from April to June 2012, the company shipped 33,453 tons of ADK thermal coal.
"In July 2012, some 27,700 tons were shipped from both ADK mine and trading activity,'' he said.
ADK coal has an average calorific value of 5400 kcal/kg (ADB) with ash content of 6 percent.
