Padang completes Paser Project resistivity survey

ASX-listed firm Padang Resources Limited recently announced it has completed the resistivity survey at the Paser Project, East Kalimantan.
Based on the results of the geological mapping conducted on the Paser Project the field team collected a number of coal samples for quality analysis and completed 20 lines of a resistivity survey covering the 43 ha concession designed to gain a better understanding of the vertical and lateral distribution of the coal seams.
Padang was told that coal sample analysis and interpretation of the survey is currently in progress with an initial report expected shortly.
The outcome of both the resistivity survey and coal quality analysis may serve as basis for Padang to plan and implement a drilling program to define a JORC compliant resource.
